Henry Frederick, Duke of Cumberland and Strathern and Earl of Dublin was buried in the Hanoverian vault below the central aisle of Henry VII's chapel.

Westminster Abbey to be lit for Lumiere London Festival

Westminster Abbey will be the spectacular backdrop for a light installation as part of Lumiere London, the city's first major light festival. The exterior of the Abbey will be lit each evening of the festival, from Thursday 14th - Sunday 17th January 2016.

Colonel John Meldrum died of wounds received at the battle of Brandon. He was buried St Andrew's chapel but disinterred at the Restoration.

Abbey Choir Reveals Life Behind The Scenes

The Abbey held its first 'Chorister Experience' on Saturday 21st May. Thirteen boys, aged 6 to 10, attended the event which was designed to give an insight into the life of an Abbey chorister.
